Gabby — Founder & Lead Mentor
Hi, I’m Gaubrielle, but I also go by Gabby.
I am a 29-year-old goal-oriented and motivation-driven entrepreneur with a passion for mentorship, leadership, and understanding people on a deeper level. My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, and I am currently completing my master’s degree in forensic psychology while also pursuing my nursing degree.
Psychology has always been one of my biggest passions.
I naturally find myself analyzing behavior, asking questions like, “Why did someone react that way?” or “What experiences shaped their choices?” I strongly believe that not everyone sees, hears, or experiences situations the same way, which has taught me the importance of compassion, patience, and perspective.
Professionally, I work part-time in the medical field within a Trauma Neuro Step-Down ICU hospital setting. My full-time role is in program management for an ISL provider agency, where I support individuals with developmental disabilities and help oversee care, structure, and daily operations.
I am also a certified instructor in CPR, First Aid, and AED, as well as a MANDT Instructor, which focuses on behavior de-escalation and safe, supportive intervention techniques. These certifications allow me to lead with both safety and understanding in every environment I’m in.
Outside of work and school, I am a wife and a mother to five beautiful children — one in heaven and four here on earth, ages 10, 7, and 4-year-old twins. Our family also includes our English bulldog, Rubble. We enjoy spending time together outdoors, going to parks, and creating meaningful family memories.
I created Rose with Amore because I believe every girl deserves guidance, encouragement, and a safe space to grow into the best version of herself. As a mentor and founder, I lead with compassion, structure, accountability, and love.
I am here to help you bloom into the confident leader you are meant to be.
Gia — Confidence Specialist
Hi, I’m Gia.
I am a 24-year-old mother to one amazing little boy, and I believe mentorship should always begin with compassion, consistency, and genuine connection.
One of the biggest things people notice about me is my personality — I love to laugh, have fun, and bring positive energy into every space I enter.
My professional background includes experience within the hospitality and service industry, where I developed strong communication skills, patience, professionalism, and the ability to connect with many different personalities and backgrounds.
I also have a passion for doing hair and love helping others feel confident and beautiful. It’s something that allows me to express creativity while uplifting others.
Although I enjoy bringing fun and laughter into mentoring, I am also very structured and organized. I believe in leading “by the book” when it comes to creating safe, respectful, and successful environments for young girls.
As a mentor, I especially enjoy working with younger girls, helping them build confidence, positive habits, emotional awareness, and healthy friendships. I want every girl to know she can be herself, grow, and still stay grounded.
Being part of Rose with Amore allows me to combine my nurturing personality, leadership skills, and passion for helping young girls grow into confident young women.

Mariah — Youth Development Mentor
Hi, I’m Mariah.
I am passionate about mentorship, personal growth, and helping young girls become confident in who they are and who they are becoming. At 25 years old, I strongly believe in leading with compassion, empathy, and understanding while creating positive and supportive environments for others.
Professionally, I work in an HR setting where I interact with the public daily in a professional and people-focused environment. My background also includes experience within the service industry, where previous roles in hospitality and serving helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
I am currently pursuing my real estate license because I am passionate about financial growth, independence, and creating generational opportunities.
I hope to mentor older girls on financial literacy, smart decision-making, and how opportunities like real estate can create long-term stability and success.
I have also been doing makeup for years and genuinely love it. It allows me to help others feel confident, beautiful, and expressive in their own way.
On a personal level, I am a proud mother to two beautiful children — a 7-year-old son and a 4-year-old daughter. Becoming a mother strengthened my passion for mentorship and deepened my desire to guide young girls in positive directions.
My goal as a mentor is to help girls feel heard, understood, empowered, and confident in who they are becoming.
