To ensure fairness to all vendors and proper event planning, all vendor deposits are strictly non-refundable. When a vendor deposit is submitted, your space is immediately reserved and removed from availability for other potential vendors. Once vendor registration has closed, it is often not possible to refill that space if a vendor chooses to cancel.

For this reason, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, weather-related concerns, or changes in business circumstances. If the event is cancelled by the host the vendors deposit may be transferred to any other future event. By submitting a vendor deposit, you acknowledge and agree that the deposit serves as payment to reserve and hold your vendor space and is therefore non-refundable.
